Help regarding Pass Externship section

I am planning to do 3 externships.1 later this month and 2 in August.But I am submitting the PASS application this week.Is it okay to include these externships in advance??Would program directors frown upon it? any idea.. Also I have mentioned externships in PASS both in perio and OS .Duz it reflect any negative image about me not being sure which field I want to pursue..Although my personal choice is OS and would choose Perio if i dont get into OS..Wt do u guys think about it.. Any insight would be highly appreciated..

Are you applying to both perio and OMFS residencies in the current cycle? If so, it's ballsy.
