I need some help/info guys. I have this friend, studying medicine in another country. His dream is to go into sport medicine but i was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. What kinds of opportunities they have herein the states and what an international student has to do to get into that post graduation. thanks guys

Some programs make you go through residency again...others just make you take the USMLE...but I not sure about that.

Where is he from and why does he want to come over here?

he is from nigeria ans that has been his lifelong dream-to be a sports doctor but there is no need or real market for them in nigeria.
