Help!! UCLA Secondary Deadline

UCLA says "Your Secondary Application is due on the FIFTEENTH day (15th) from the date and time of this email."

If I got my secondary say July 13th at 3 am, is my secondary due on July 27th at 3 am (assuming that July 13th is Day 1) or July 28th at 3 am? Anyone have experience? Thank you!!

Not yet, everything is in the portal but i still have time, i just didn't know if I am supposed to turn it in a few hours or if I have one more day. Please let me know if you understand this deadline or not, I can just submit it if I have to do so in a few hours

My best guess is you have until the 28th at 3am, but I wouldn't risk it honestly. It seems like they are enforcing it and multiple people have missed it. I would just try to get it submitted ASAP
