Chances will be best if you target these schools and using MSAR, choose those where your stats are closest to their medians. While many schools reward rising GPA trends, not all do. I fear that Harvard/Stanford class schools can afford to write you off.

I suggest:
Mayo
Case
Duke
Sinai
BU
UCSF
Pitt
USC/Keck
Rochester
Hofstra
Dartmouth
Western MI
Emory
Tufts
NYU-LI
Jefferson
Miami
SLU
U VM
GWU
Netter
Albany
Drexel
Temple
Tulane
Rosy Franklin
Rush
EVMS
VCU
NovaMD
TCU/UNT
Wayne State
Seton Hall
NYMC
GWU
Gtown
Your state schools
Add some DO schools tot he list IF you get no love by November

You also desperately need some nonclinical volunteering!

Agree with goro - up your NC volunteering. Otherwise strong app.

Personally, with your GPAs, I would take the top 7 or 8 schools off of Goro's list. For example, your sGPA is <10th percentile at Mt Sinai. Your app would not be competitive among T20 schools unless you happen to be URM. This point is accentuated by your lack of NC volunteering. I would also remove Missouri from your list due to heavy in-state preference.

Lastly, I understand you may prefer MD, but do not shy away from applying DO if you haven't had much MD luck by November 1 (start prepping those apps in October unless you have 2+ MD II). I have too many friends who weren't accepted this cycle and have to take another gap year.
