You have a lot of low yield schools where your MCAT is at or above their 90th. These aren't the ones most likely to interview you. Tufts and Einstein are examples from your list of good OOS choices that target people with your profile. You can find more like them in MSAR(ie Tulane Cincinnati etc)

Having said that you have a fairly reasonable shot with your state schools

Are you referring to Temple/Drexel/Jefferson? The thing is that I'd really love to go to them so I can stay in Philly; is there a way I can express this interest so I don't seem like a low-yield applicant?
