Help with LOR

Dear all,

So, I need some advice with my LORs. I am applying to pediatrics this year. I graduated from a Canadian med school in 2014. I am currently working on a Master program now.

So, I have 4 LORs from Canadian pediatricians from med school. I did a 4-week externship this year and I got a good LOR from an ACGME-certified US physician. My question is whether I should just submit the 4 letters from Canada or submit 3 Canadian letters + 1 LOR I got from the US externship.

If you're applying to the US, I would use the US letter

That's a harder call. It depends on what the externship was, how much responsibility you had, etc.
