help with prometric appointment/website

Hi, does anyone know how to set up an appointment with prometrics at the prometric.com website? We are supposed to be able to set one up there, but I can't find DAT listing anywhere. I am about to punch out the computer. Please help.

Unfortunately you cannot make appointments for DAT on the website, only over the phone. The 800 number is mailed to you upon acception of your application by the testing service.

SO what you do is call the number and give them your SSN, then they'll give you the confirmation number which you can enter in the webstite

and get a summary of your appointment.
If you don't have the phone number or lost it. Let me know I can look for my letter, it's probably hiding behind the closet.

FYI: you can reschedule/cancel using the prometric site once you have an appointment.
