I would appreciate any advice on my chances of getting into any of these schools based on my relatively weak ECs. In addition, any reccomendations as to how change my list would be appreciated.

I'm not really qualified to give advice, but based on the 1000's of other WAMC posts I've seen on this site, you do not have weak ECs by any means. The only thing you have that is average is clinical experience. That's the only thing that you could really add that would bolster your app. I don't even think AMCAS will let you enter that many ECs anyways lol.

If you don't have an acceptance by March of next year, then you either have one of the worst LORs known to man or you typed your PS/essays in broken English.

50-100 Clinical hours and 50 hours of underserved volunteer (I'm guessing that's what Spanish interpreter qualifies as) may be on the lower side, so try to boost them up before applying. But I thought you can list 'projected hours' under AMCAS - if this is the case, then it should be fine. Your language skills and that spectacular stats will get you far.

Do you have any nonclinical volunteering? Service that shows your altruistic side-service to those less fortunate than you? If not get some-around 150 hours. You have more than enough shadowing. So stop shadowing and beef up your clinical experiences- hands on patient contact-interacting with patients and families. Great job on the MCAT-congrats.
