37S.....but my score is screwed up. I must have mis-bubbled
13V, 9PS, 15 BIo. I have never gotten below 13 on any physics section. Last mcat I got a 14. Is there anything I can do???? I am sure it has to be a mistake. I could see a 12,13 or maybe even 11. But no way 9. Do you think I should write a letter to the med schools I have applied too, or will they figure that the 9 is a fluke or what??? Please help someone who knows. Also will a request for score recorrection look for mis-bubbling? Like if the last 10 were off by one each time or something??

First, I know that this won't help as you were getting 40+ Mcats, but know that a 37 is tremendous. That being said, they will rescore your tests for 50 bucks, but they will not look for misgridded answers. The below is copied from the mcat guide... best of luck.

Requests for Rescoring Paper Test Answer Documents
The AAMC and the MCAT Program Office maintain a variety of quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy of scores and score reporting. Multiple-choice answer documents are scored by machine, and the results of this process are extremely accurate. Each of the Writing Sample essays is read and graded by two different sets of readers, and any differences beyond one raw score point are resolved by a supervisory reader.
However, if you think a scoring error has occurred, you may request that your multiple-choice answer documents be rescored by hand. Answers recorded in the test book will not be considered in this verification process. The result of rescoring the multiple-choice answer sheets by hand will be reported to you in writing. The response letter will either confirm that your original scores were correct as reported or you will be informed of the corrected scaled scores for each test section. Raw scores will not be disclosed. Answer sheets or test booklets will not be examined for indications of misgridded answers. This is a determination we cannot make. If after receiving your response letter, you may request to be present during a hand scoring of your multiple-choice documents, which is done at the MCAT Program Office in Iowa City, Iowa. This request must be made in writing within four months after the test date.

What form did you have supermcat? I had form FL and I am in the sam boat as you...13V, 13B, 8PS QWS...PS is my best section on all practice exams???

I had BH(or BG dont remember) I hope that the adcoms will take this as some kind of fluke. Especially given that I have a preiovus 14 from last August. I can't believe it. Our room was scammed of 2 minutes on PS, in which I could have checked my test. At least two of us wrote a letter of complaint about it. I don't know what to do. I could have gotten a 40 or above. Im so upset. The only reason I took this test was to get a 40 or above since I already have a 38Q. And I did what I had to do on the other sections also. improved BS by 3, VR by 1 and writing from Q to S.

You've got to be kidding me right? You are complaining about a 37S? You are a troll if that is true, imho.

gilly--i dunno what happened with the physics on our form-didn't it seem so easy??

what did u get on it Nikki...I thought the PS was really easy...

Im not particularly complaining about the overall score. Obiovusly the 9 doesn't fit in with my previous score of 14, so I was wondering if adcoms will take that into account. Also I already have a 38, so there was no reason for me to take this test unless I got a 40 or above. My GPA sucks --3.1 so I really need the stellar MCAT.

Your MCAT at 37 or 38 MORE than makes up for your 3.1 GPA. Trust me. You are looking fine, apply and have fun matriculating next year.
