Book is called Honors: The Social Game of Medical School (see Amazon link below or search for it yourself on Amazon)

Third year of medical school stands as the most arduous obstacle to ensuring a good residency match and, thus, a great job and future. Up until this year, doing well in school depended on studying. Now, it is about more than just what you know. Honors - the coveted best grade for a rotation and the goal of any medical student - depends on the social game, the ability to make all the players of the game (attendings, residents, patients, etc.) like/love the student to write glowing reviews/recommendations.

This game is highly complex and, yet, the outcome can dictate each student's future - job, salary, spouse, kids, and, most importantly, happiness. Without a clear preparatory guide, the game can be difficult to win. That is where this book comes in - a strong, high-yield manual that will help medical students master the social game and earn Honors.
