Hello all,
I am a Canadian applicant applying for the first time this year.
My sGPA is 3.69, my cGPA is 3.79, and my MCAT is 31.
A few ECs:
4+ years of research in multiple scientific disciplines (cardiovascular, psychiatry, pharmacology)
4 publications (no first author, but second, third, and fourth, depending on the paper)
2 years as a tutor at Oxford Learning Center
10+ years voluntary involvement within my religious community (guiding younger kids in duties, teaching relgious hymns and religious classes, setting up events)
1 year as a mentor to incoming first years and responsible for setting up a formal
2 years of shadowing (in cardiology, psychiatry, and ob/gyn)
I just want to know what my chances are; I plan to submit on June 7th, so I'll be early, but still, any advice or comments would be appreciated. Also, if you guys could suggest schools you think I would have a reasonable chance at, I would be grateful .
Thank you!
