Henry Ford query

In ERAS Henry Ford has checkbox only for categorical which means one cannot apply for prelim.

FREIDA says that henry ford has 10 spots the first year and 6 spots 2nd year onward.

so what happends to the 4 residents between 1st and 2nd year?
