What ever happened to these students? Was there a happy ending? What ever happened to the school and the founders? Does anyone know?

hey look up! up i say, up! nope too far...now look a little lower. aah there it is...the search feature. now go on...click it! magic! now find the answer. you can do it!!! 🙂

Monroe and Criswell moved to Louisville, KY. The corporation they registered with the Ky Secretary of State in Fall of 2005 is now inactive. Hasan moved to Louisivlle too! He is a professor at a Catholic University there. (Spalding University) Courts in Hawaii apparently decided not to pursue assets on mainland, but that's apparently where they (the assets) all ended up. The story of HICP would make a good book. Anyone interested in putting a book together? It would then probably make a good movie...

The story of HICP is pretty scandalous.. I heard none of the students received refunds after everything fell apart. Is that legal? Do you waive the right to a refund if the school doesn't become accredited?

This post doesn't make whole ton of sense... to me, at least

I just can't believe they are still getting away with it. Theft by deception is still illegal in this country.

Not to mention a class action civil suit - there is already a judgment on record against these guys that supports potential plaintiffs - each by name, no less. Restitution was ordered, but apparently hasn't been paid. Many law offices have investigators that can specifically locate the culprits.
