high interest rate student loan. What to do????

Hi,

So after consolidate all my student loans through Great Lake I still have a couple of loans with interest rate around 7%. Is there an effective way to lower the interest rate on this ? Any PRIVATE loan available to take out to pay this? if so would you recommend a reliable company/bank? Thanks

I think most residents will get denied--we don't have enough income.
