Ok, I laid it all out to Nancy, and she sent me an email with "high priority" in title. ANybody else has a history of such an email? What the hell does it mean? i submitted 8/10. nothing yet and parts of app. are screwed by the bug

r u talking about the red exclamation mark in outlook? some people just turn it on whenever they send emails.

no, it is actually typed in the beginning of the email and into the subject line. in quotes like this *High Priority*

Can you tell if Nancy had cc'ed the email to anyone else? I have the feeling that she might have forwarded the same email to the verification department, instructing them to place your file under high priority. Based on the phone call I had with her last time, she communicated my case to the verification department with email.

got an email from a specialists telling me I will get processed today, nothing yet--not even the legendary red X's!
