Welcome to the forums.
I would keep building your community service hours to give yourself a higher visible profile. I'd also be curious about your background and journey to decide medicine is your career path. The VTC experience helps for sure if you wanted to program name-drop for an application there. Otherwise, it depends on what you did or learned from that experience. It doesn't need to be in W/A. Granted, if you are a VT student, that connection should also be obvious.
Are you sure your radiometry research was only 60 hours? For a semester of 15 weeks, that's 4 hours per week. You can be a TA though I think you have a fair number of tutoring hours or experience.
Why is attending a Top20 brand school important to fulfill your mission as a doctor?
