higher surgical training in ireland for non-EU

i m an Egyptian plastic surgeon, i have a training in plastic surgery for 3 years in egypt and i have a working experience of 6 years as a plastic surgery registerar, i MRCSI holder, i wish to complete higher surgical training in ireland to obtain FRCSplast, what will be my opportunity to obtain a training job? if so do i have to begin from year 1 training or i can bypass one or more years according to the previous training i had? if a training job will not be possible, can i have a service job in ireland?
