Does Step2CK typically have histopathology images as part of the question, or is this really a Step1 consideration?

Eh.... There is always the 5% of basic science built into Step 2. And unless I am hallucinating, I'm pretty sure I had a couple slides of histology that aided in diagnosis.

Are you talking like specific tissue identification, or are you talking about microbiology slides, such as blood gram stains, etc?

Yes .. and not needed to answer question , usually an extra clue if you know what you're looking at .
