Ok--so, this may be pure paranoia, but do I have to "do" anything at the school I choose to attend. I sent in all my forms and my acceptance of the acceptance letter, and my transcripts and stuff, but do I have to do anything else, like explicitly tell them that I will be going? I am just paranoid that after all this I will inadvertently lose my spot. Thanks.

unless you say yes to another school after the may 15th deadline...then you should be fine.

I believe if something is wrong, the med school will contact you before rescinding your admission.
