Anyone have any experience working as a hospital employed emergency doc?
May have to relocate due to family health issue and the most common model where I'm from looks to be hospital employee and natl contract group. I have a great job with a democratic group but that doesn't exist where I'm probably going back to. Looks like the hospital jobs are hourly pay, with very good benefits. Seems like the benefit to being a hospital employee is that you aren't as likely to lose the contract and get replaced. Any thoughts?
