Hospital Volunteering = Clinical experience?

Hi
If I volunteered at a hospital for ~3 years mainly doing administrative work for healthcare professionals (i.e. help them with organizing charts, talk to patients etc...), does that count as clinical experience? If not, what are some of the examples that count as "clinical experience?"

Yes, it counts. Schools do want to see "patient interaction", though, but I'm sure you'll get to do that at least once during your three years.
