Anyone have this in their area? How is it working out? We have this in one of the hospitals in our area. It doesn't seem to be working out that well.

What makes this different than your typical inpatient psych job?

If OP just means hospitalist as in X weeks on X weeks off, then I've seen it work out very well (my first psych rotation was set up like that).
