housing for away electives

Any suggestions on setting up housing arrangements for month-long away electives? I will be at University of Mich in a couple of months.

Subletting might be an option. Also, I am considering using priceline - has anyone had luck with that?

There are usually a lot of students subletting around here (especially M4's). I'm not sure what the best idea to go about it is though since I usually ignore all those notices since I'm just a little kid (M2).

I know the rad onc department has a social worker who arranges housing for patients. They might know of affordable places nearby. Just an idea.....
