    I'm trying to sublet my apt for this summer.         i live in ucla apartments right now and they're usually open towards grad students and the rent is lower than the avg near school...the only downside is you may have to wait on a waiting list (which CAN go up to a year). i'd apply anyway cuz it's totally worth the wait...
