Hello,
My wife and I are leaving to Medical school and we were looking to rent our house. The house is available from April 1st, 2011.
The house has 2-stories, 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1 car garage, driveway for two cars (extra parking directly in front) washer/drier, pool table, full bar, and is fully furnished. The house is located in West Miami, close to all major highways. 5 mins from FIU and Dolphin/International Mall.
15 from UM.
We will rent per student, per room, or per family. Rates depend on amount of students interested in sharing the rooms in the house.
