Hey everyone,
My name is Kurt and I am an orthopedic surgery resident at Riverside University Health Systems (RUHS). The property is available for rent now!

I recently purchased a brand new home (The KB homes off of Cactus Avenue) that is located 1.5 miles/5 minutes away from the hospital (RUHS) (actually on the same street).

I am within 15 minutes of several hospitals that students do rotations at. (Kaiser, riverside community hospital, RUHS, Redlands, Loma linda, Arrowhead.)

I have 2 rooms that I am renting.

I am mainly trying to rent to residents, medical students, and audition students who are doing a rotation nearby and need a place to stay.

They will be $900 a piece per month (includes everything i.e. water, power, etc.) All of your toiletry, towels, and bedding materials will be provided.
There will be a $200 dollar non refundable deposit to hold the room. That $200 dollars will then go to the remainder of the rent.
