Not sure if this is the appropriate place for this question, but I need to know if anyone in Utah or from Utah knows of a good place to live/rent. I have a wife and a baby and want to live someplace safe. If anyone has any suggestions I would owe them big.

I think you may find more help in the Housing section, so I'm going to move this there.

I don't agree - traffic at the Allopathic forum (where I saw this link) is undoubtedly heavier than here.

Anyway, Beeser20, your best bet is probably student housing. I don't live there myself (because we have older kids and wanted to own a house in a neighborhood), but lots of students with families live on campus. It's safe and very convenient. Call the housing office (or offices?) and ask them about the Medical Plaza Towers or the Shoreline Ridge Apartments. Even better if you can check them out in person. Unfortunately there is a waiting list.

Check out the local on-line classifieds for the local papers such as the deseret news, and the tribune or even maybe ksl.com (local new channel). Also look at the threads on USN, I and others gave sites to look into housing. (In April I think is when we posted these). Good Luck, Utah is a great place to live.
