Looking for a sublet for my boyfriend who's doing an away-rotation at UPenn. He does not care at all about the furnishings, size, or comfort of the place - it just needs to be reasonably near the university hospital.
Willing to pay up to $1000 for the month, can work out some deposit if necessary, can also provide references or money for a background check (haven't done this before so not sure what is standard).
Exact dates are 28 September through 31 October. Taking the place of a rommate is ok. He's very clean and quiet, promise.
Ideally we're looking for a fellow med student doing an away rotation at the same time - so if the dates don't line up exactly we might be able to work something out. PM me with details and I will email you.
