Hey guys I'm a fourth year med student, I'll be leaving the area and have an apartment to offer in Summit Hills (downtown silver spring). It's a large 1 bedroom, all utilities included 24 hour gym, parking included, summer time pool, one block from the metro/shops/restaurants, for only $1510 (it's actually a lease take over so that's the rate I got 4 years ago, which is significantly cheaper than what's being offered for a new lease). Security deposit is only $200 (which can be waived if you guys are Grad Students) ready June 1st. I also have tons of furniture on sale from couches to a bedset.
