Houston TX area job search

I'm starting my job search for Summer 2019 appointment and was wondering what the typical compensation is around the Houston area. I'm focusing mainly on private practice with both Pulm and CC. I've started contacting some groups but I just want to be armed with good information before the discussions about compensation come up. I've seen some numbers online on basic online searches, but apparently those aren't so accurate.
