How accurate are AAMC practice tests?

I ordered the online tests from AAMC I think it is and just took test 3R. I got 7 P, 12 V, 10 B. I'm a 32 year old non-traditional student (think I need to brush up on my chem and physics a bit). How accurate are the estimated scores on these practice tests?

I think the AAMC practice tests are easier than the real thing. So, if you are scoring real high on the practice tests, don't get over-confident that you'll do the same on the actual test.

I think most people will agree with me when I say that 3R is not the best indicator of actual performance on the MCAT. I scored a 32 on 3R and a 29 on the real thing (3R didn't seem as difficult as the real MCAT). Most people say that 5 or 6 are much better indicators. Good luck!
