When I was a first and second year at the end of the semester, we would have the last 4 block exams (typically M, T, R, F) and then starting the following Monday we would have the final exams (shelf exams) every other day. Typically to study for them I would just read the corresponding BRS or RR book for that subject and that's about it. The only exceptions were pharm, which I used USMLERx, and path, which I didn't do anything special because I had been studying for step 1 pretty extensively prior to that exam.

If you have been paying attention in your classes three days is more than enough. Use a board review book and do some review questions. There are many sources out there. The NBME offers practice exams for $20 each by subject if you can afford those. The questions will be very similar to your exam. Good luck :)
