How are rotations in Atlanta?

Is anyone doing rotations in ATL?? If so, where are you? What are you doing? How is it? Have you met any IMG's during rotations, from what schools, and how did they measure up to US students? I am especially curious about st christopher's students, but I am curious about all IMG's.

There are MANY places to do rotations in Atlanta. The Emory University Hospitals are the most often sought away rotations, but there are others (Atlanta Medical Center for one).

Which hospital are you interested in? If it's Emory, which Emory-affiliated hospital are you interested in?

Grady has a LOT of pathology. Public teaching hospital with lots of indigent care.

I am mostly interested in the cores... FM, IM, OB/GYN, Peds, Surg, and Psyc. Are you there now? Have you met any IMG's or are you one yourself? How do they measure up if you have met them and what schools are they from?

No, I'm not an IMG.

There are two schools that operate in Atlanta: Morehouse and Emory.

I don't think either will take IMG's for core rotations. I could be wrong though.
