Are the sections divided in a particular format? For example organ system, or subject based? Or are the questions random in each block. Thanks in advance for your help.

Yep, random throughout. That's why Kaplan recommends doing the QBank questions under time constraint and random order to get a better gauge of how you'll actually perform on the exam...
