Ok. Hey guys, I volunteer at a shelther for homeless families and was wondering how can I list it on my application. I organize and plan progams for everyone (leadership?), tutor/help homeless kids with homework(teaching?) and serve food (community service). Can I list it under all three leadership, teaching and community service? Or will schools perfer it to be at different organizations? Thanks🙂

If you have the space, you can carve out the separate experiences and list each separately with their individual date spans and hours per week with the same organization.

If space is tight, then you can condense them together, perhaps listing it under Leadership with the appropriate dates for that role only, but then in the narrative making it clear that the work you do with the organization covers many different roles and other time spans as well for other responsibilities you undertook with varying hours per week for each.

Splitting it into 3 entries looks like "salami slicing" and padding (making a longer list of experiences).

I would suggest listing volunteering at a homeless shelter as "volunteer, non-clinical" and then describe the program presentations, tutoring, and food service in the free text section. This also maximized the hours per week in one place which makes it seem like a bigger deal the dribbling it over three different entries.
