So this question on the 3rd test of Achiever says that an inscribed angle is half the size of its intercepted arc.

what does this mean? I wish we could post pictures here

Click on the thumbnail pic below, and note that both legs for the arc and inscribed angles originate from the same points on the circle circumference. The former extends to center of the circle while the latter to anywhere on the circumference. For as long as these rules are kept, the inscribed angle is always half the size of its intercepted arc.
