How competitive is Northeastern Ohio's psychiatry residency?

I've been looking at Northeastern Ohio Medical University's Psychiatry residency program and I was wondering, how competitive is it? What is the average usmle score for residents getting accepted into the program?

I have no direct knowledge but probably not competitive. I've never heard of it and there are multiple more prestigious programs in this mid-western state drawing away talent. The whole region is less competitive than other US regions.
