How do I improve my critical thinking skills?

Hi everyone! I know the Mcat is 50% content, 50% critical thinking. I can get the content thing down, but how do I improve my critical thinking skills? When I read a passage, I have trouble interpreting it too.

I'd say the MCAT is skewed even more towards critical thinking. The best way to improve your critical thinking is to take tons of timed practice problems and to thoroughly analyze said practice problems. Also, could you describe in more detail why you have trouble interpreting the passage? Is it the language? The content? The synthesis of two or more topics? etc.
