How do I show old I's on my coursework?

I sent in my transcript that has an I on it for the Spring semester (A one unit independant research class). Now it looks like I will have my grade next week so I think I'm going to send in another transcript. AMCAS will have both transcripts so I won't be able to make the "I" go away. How do I show the "I" and also my grade?
