If you want any leadership position you have to start kissing ass early. At ACOFP last year I quickly realized I was already too far behind that if I desired a leadership position it would not happen. I'm fairly certain its like this for the generalized AOA.

Truth. I applied for a position with the hopes of maybe one day making a difference, but I didn't get it bc I think craniosacral is bulls***

Get a couple of chapters in those crazy looking books in the OMM Chair's office under your belt with some accompanying stories to discuss and that should do for more than 90% of the situations.
