I remember in my course they had us fill out a survey and it asked something like "if you score in the top 10% of any of the sections, would you be interested in teaching that section course for TPR?"

I just wondered how you get a job with them. Do they contact former students, or do you apply? What score did you have to get to work there? Anyone know how much they pay (I seached and found some old threads that said like $17/hr, but I don't know if they are up to date)

You can apply. Go to the bottom of the main 'Princeton Review' Page. It has a tab called 'Employment'. Follow this through to the MCAT section. It is obvious once it's there. Here is the breakdown of how it works:

1. Apply on line. You will take a 'subject matter test'. As far as I know, this is irregardless of how you did on the test, but I might be wrong.

2. If you do good on this, you get invited for an audition. This is to show how you do in front of a crowd. You do not do a 'practice' lecture, but 5-10 minutes of something you make up.

3. You get invited to training. If that goes well, you get hired and off you go.

I think a lot is based on how they need instructors, etc. I would also call the local TPR site and ask what they are looking for. That helps to have someone 'looking out' for you app when you do apply.
