ncaa athlete chooses to not matriculate at school -> pick up a new one from the waitlist

its all about maintaining a diverse class that the school wants. i dont think its that complicated

Each MD school must have a policy for managing the waitlist.
It must be faculty-driven and only the Admissions Committee has the authority to choose.
Other than this, any methodology can be employed.

The list can be stratified by the previous vote with candidates drawn to maintain sex equality (or any other pertinent characteristic).
