How do you address LOR's

What are ways to address LOR's. it's the first time for my recommender and they aren't sure. also do these recommendatiosn have to be one some official letterhead or is it fine to be on regular paper?

Address them to the individual admissions committees or to your pre-med committee if you're using it. A lot of schools require them to be on official letterhead or on the waiver form used by your pre-med committee.
 
no im sending them through the premed committee, so whats the general way to address. to admissions committee.
 
No. At UC Davis, we have a premed office that gives us a briefing when we open our accounts with them. Our letters, at least, go to their office on campus and the writers are required to use their waiver forms or at least include the signed waiver form with their own stationery.

You might want to check with your pre-med committee to see what their procedures are and to check whether you need to open an account first.
