How do you say 'hamartoma'? (in comparison to hematoma)

Okay, need a little help here.

'Hamartoma' is one of those words that I've only read in print, and never heard spoken. (Like 'facade' - it was a shock to learn its true pronunciation back in school..!)

How are you supposed to say the word 'hamartoma', and how is it different from the pronunciation for hematoma?
