you just go to the aamc website, click the link for the aamas application, create a username and password, and you can log on and off as you wish. once you finish filling out the application and pay the fee, they send it to you prospective med schools in 4-6 weeks. then the schools begin to send secondary applications directly to you shortly thereafter.
