I know that AAMC releases the scores to the schools as soon as AAMC has them. My question is whether each individual school receives all of the scores in bulk for every applicant that applied to their school who took the august mcat or does each application get updated? How long does this take? Does this take as long as for the schools to transmit your AMCAS application? If they don't automatically update your file, do we have to send it do them somehow? Or fax it to them?

Any advice will be helpful. Thanks to all.

dmitri,
don't worry too much about the schools getting your august mcat scores from amcas. i was in the same situation last year, worrying about schools getting the august scores--turns out amcas got my scores out to the schools before i got them!!!!;)
