when you already have one and have been working for only 3 months.

This means I won’t be telling them I’m leaving or when, as the job was somewhat permanent. However, I need to get residency in Georgia.

Just start applying and see. It's hard to advise you on difficulty of finding a job without knowing what you do for a living and how much experience you have in your field.
