Hi,
I'm applying for Med Peds, but I would like a Peds perspective about how important it is for good peds training to have a free standing children's hospital versus just a floor or two in the main hospital? What are other qualities of a Peds program that are important to look for?
I am seeing that most Med Peds programs have good Medicine depts. but not as good Peds depts., so I'm looking for a program with a good balance between both.
