How important is non-clinical volunteering?

My only non-clinical volunteer experience is tutoring students from my college in upper level stem courses (~100 hours) and 20 hours with a community service oriented club. I have about 700 hours of clinical work/volunteer experience though. Would this look bad to admissions committees?

It depends on the school. ~100 hours is fine, doesn't help/hurt your case by much for most schools. However, some schools are very service oriented. Rush for example has a 150 hour minimum and the average matriculant has 800+ hours. So check out the school's mission statement and what they are about before applying.
