Greetings! I wanted to ask how much of an impact your fall grades, submitted via academic update on pharmcas, have on your chances of being invited to an interview/accepted to a school. Will having a C or two cut you from the list? Or even cause a revoking of an acceptance? Hmmm maybe not the latter, but I have a strong feeling for the former.

The academic update is a good way for your chances to increase getting in. Case in point: The admissions director at UK told us in our interview session that it gives them a better way to assess your application. She said if you didn't do that great in your previous semesters/quarters but you did even better this fall, they may re-evaluate your application and give you an interview based on your improvements. So it is an extremely important way for schools to gauge your progress. Also, if you got less than what your school wants to keep your conditional acceptance, it also lets them know if they should re-evaluate your acceptance and take it back if need be.

Agreed, this is especially true for pharmacy since alot of people go in without substantial academic history.

It depends...if you haven't been accepted, or pending an interview or are in their waiting list, then every grade you get is a factor....h/e if you are are already accepted depending on the school, but most schools will look at the pre reqs that you are missing and you probably just need to pass your other classes
